He returned to part-time academic study in 1998, initially to complete an MBA. He then undertook a PhD in organizational leadership and ethics. Mick now lectures in Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility at Aberystwyth and Loughborough Universities. He has also worked as a consultant author for the Open University.
