Harold Alan Pincus, M.D., is Professor and Executive Vice Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry in the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and Senior Scientist and Director of RAND at the University of Pittsburgh Health Research Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Jeffrey A. Lieberman, M.D., is Professor of Psychiatry, Pharmacology, and Radiology, Vice Chair of Research, and Director of Mental Health, Clinical Research Center, Department of Pychiatry at the University of North Carolina Medical School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Sandy Ferris is Assistant Director of the Office of Research at the American Psychiatric Association in Washington, D.C.
