Sarah B. Sugg joined Conrad Trosch & Kemmy in March of 2021 and has focused her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, serving clients as a licensed attorney in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Sarah grew up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina before attending Appalachian State University. During law school at Elon University School of Law, Sarah served on the Moot Court Team competing in Washington D.C. and was selected to serve as the Law Student Clerk to the UNC School of Government Superior Court Judge's Crim William "" Bill"" C. Trosch is the Managing Partner at Conrad Trosch & Kemmy, PA. Since 1993, he has maintained a diverse law practice, though now his primary aim is resolving conflicts (the earlier in the conflict the better). In addition to his decades of work in Estates and with Estate Disputes, Bill has handled a number of high-profile cases, both locally and nationally. These well publicized cases ranged from lawsuits against the City of Charlotte to a nationally publicized dispute and negotiation with the NCAA which ultimately led to the successful restoration of the college eligibility Andrew C. Rheingrover was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York before receiving his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his law degree from Wake Forest University. Andrew joined Conrad Trosch & Kemmy, P.A. out of law school in 2009 and has practiced in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation and Estate Law. Andrew is certified as a Legal Specialist in Family Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
