Maria Ferguson is a writer and performer from Romford, Essex. She has been a resident artist for both Roundhouse and Battersea Arts Centre, where she has developed and performed exciting new work blending spoken word, theatre and movement. She has performed her poetry extensively across the UK and collaborated with prestigious venues such as The Albany, Bristol Old Vic, Richmix and Southbank Centre, as well as popular spoken word artists Polarbear, Scroobius Pip, John Berkavitch and Kate Tempest.
