. ..The strengths of this textbook are based on the wide breadth of experience of the multiple authors from both sides of the Atlantic. The book is handsomely and solidly bound in the usual blue over silver format standard for Thieme medical texts. The illustrations by Robert J. Brown are truly some of the most beautiful, accurate, and artistic of any that I have seen in a text on septorhinoplasty. The editors have done an excellent job in controlling redundant material, which is often a problem with multiple-author texts. [This textbook] would offer an excellent addition to the libraries of medical schools, otolaryngologists, plastic surgeons, and oral and maxillofacial surgeons. --Head and Neck
