Practical and erudite. Informative and authoritative. Sometimes intriguing. A good read made easy by remarkably impeccable editing, especially considering the speed with which it was produced for us. Kudos to Dr. Henderson and her associate editors. I recommend buying a copy for yourself and one for each of your surgical residents.
