Eliza Hakes is Lecturer in Law at Aston University. Eliza worked as a solicitor before moving to work in higher education, where she has experience designing materials and teaching on the LLB, GDL, LPC, SQE, and Bar Training Course. Martin George is Professor of Land Law and Dean of the School of Law and Social Sciences at Aston University. He is an academic fellow of the Inner Temple, and an academic associate member of Gatehouse Chambers.
