Previously a model himself, Jeff Marano has brought his own experience in front of the camera to bear to tease out the energy, vitality and sensuality of these beautiful men. Shot using only natural light in a variety of settings - on the beach and poolside, in hotel rooms and on rooftops, on terrances and in the woods - Marano's pictures evoke old time Hollywood glamour while still allowing their subjects to retain an individuality and spontaneity rarely seen in contemporary erotic photography. Jeff Marano's photography was inspired by his modelling career. He began shooting this collection in 1996 while still working as a model in Milan, Paris and New York. In 2000 he left modelling to devote all of his energies to photography. This is his first book.
