Born in Bocas del Toro, Panama, he accepted Jesus Christ at the age of twelve-an experience that marked his calling to ministry.In 1983, he emigrated to the United States, where he was ordained to ministry and has served in preaching, biblical teaching, discipleship, and pastoral leadership. In 1986, he founded Covenant Keepers Ministries, and in 1995 he was ordained as a Bishop.He has fulfilled pastoral, educational, and social roles, including directing and coordinating rehabilitation centers in Panama.
