Author Information

Robert C. Farrell is in his thirty-seventh year as a Professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he has served twice as Associate Dean and was the founding Director of the Law School's Summer Program at Trinity College in Dublin. He has taught Contracts, Remedies, Administrative Law, and Equal Protection. Early in his teaching career, he began developing his own course materials for his course on Equal Protection, and those course materials over time have grown into this Equal Protection Casebook. His published articles on Equal Protection have been widely cited by courts, in law review articles, and in practitioners' briefs. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Alison Conroy serves as Vice President, Marketing Counsel at Synchrony, a premier consumer financial services company headquartered in Stamford, CT. In this role she partners with marketing and communications teams to provide support for campaigns and content, sweepstakes, social media, novel advertising and marketing law issues, copy review, claim substantiation, UDAAP compliance and FTC guidance. She is a graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law where she was the Notes & Comments Editor for the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal.
