I knew a little about the uses of Epsom salts (a compound of magnesium and sulfate) before I read Kira Novac's detailed how to use it in everyday life. I now know a great deal more, based on her detailed many uses in all facets of my life, from personal health and hygiene to cleaning my environment and helping plants grow by adding to the soil or spraying on leaves.
