Overview

Environmental Trap is based on the life of a young man who was born in West Point Georgia and at the age of 8 years old, he moved to Chicago, Illinois with his family. He was pulled into the street life in the fast-paced life of an urban city. He grew up in this environment and in time he learned to survive and thrive well. He dealt with gang leaders, mafia bosses, politicians, drug users, and Pimps. He had several narrow escapes with his life.

Al Wynn Ross was a contractor for 50 years. He owned 21 buildings, he also owned the Painted Lady Lounge, which was the first owned black lounge in the loop. He was inducted into Cambridge University's who's who for his work in the community. He helped many black men by giving them jobs and taught these young men the trade.
