Gouri Suresh is a reader in the Department of Botany at Jamshedpur Women's College, Jamshedpur. She completed her M.Sc. in Botany from Calicut University in 1971 and Ph.D. from Ranchi University in 1993. She has a teaching experience of more than three decades. She was the Co-ordinator of the 3-year UGS sponsored Vocational Degree Course in Environment and Water Management conducted in her college from 2000 to 2006. She has many research papers in various national and international journals to her credit. Her first book in the field was 'Environmental Studies and Ethics' has also been published by I.K. International Publishing House Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. U.S. Hampannavar, Department of Civil Engineering, KLE Society's College of Engineering and Technology, Belgaum.
