Dr. Yang ZENG is Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Shandong University. He holds dual master’s degrees from AgroParisTech and Tongji University and received his Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Rennes 1, in collaboration with the INRAE. With over 20 years of research experience, Dr. Zeng’s work focuses sustainable waste valorization, and nitrogen pollution control, with particular expertise in the source apportionment and mitigation of reactive nitrogen species (e.g., NH3, HONO, and NOx) from waste management and agricultural systems. He is Recipient of the NSFC Research Fund for International Excellent Young Scientists (RFIS-II) and serves on the Youth Editorial Board of Environmental Sanitation Engineering. Dr. Gordon Huang is University Distinguished Professor and ex-CRC Tier 1 in Energy and Environment at the University of Regina (UofR), Canada.
