Author Information

Alex Lockwood is Senior Lecturer in Journalism at the Centre for Research in Media and Cultural Studies at the University of Sunderland. A former alternative media journalist he has published widely on the representation of climate change and environmental issues within and across media, as well as exploring human-animal relations in scholarly and fictional publications. His book The Pig in Thin Air that looks at the link between animals, bodies and climate change, will be published with Lantern Books (NY) in the autumn of 2015.
