WELL THOUGHT OUT ENTREPRENEURIAL IDEAS AND PROJECTS CAN GO TOGETHER SUCCESSFULLY TO ENHANCE OUR LIVES AND FAMILIES. I have been an entrepreneur all my life, never totally realizing that I ""am"". Maybe it is my impetuous nature that has kept me from a regular paycheck. This book is about my life's entrepreneurial journeys and concepts to help others succeed. I believe we all have an entrepreneur gene in our DNA and can exploit our God given talents. Post Covid working from home (at least part time) has opened the door for us to start our own business and keep a paycheck coming. I use the metaphor of a lemonade stand as the model for a startup business. It has all the fundamentals of success - it does not offer credit but collects cash, it is in a growing market (at least on a hot summer day), it does not require a bank loan, and it generates free cash flow. Of course, not all businesses can emulate this simple approach. However, the concept should stay with us in whatever we do. Well thought out ideas and projects can be implemented with little risks following common sense rubrics. There has never been a better time to buy or start or own a business. The world is changing at warp speed as technology continues to evolve. Opportunities are everywhere for services, products, and contractors. Hopefully my ideas will help your dreams come true with little risk.
