Rebecca Mitchell is a principal lecturer at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle. Dr Michael Stockdale is a senior lecturer at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, where he has taught law for over 20 years. He has written and contributed to a number of law texts, particularly in the areas of evidence and civil procedures.
