Author Information

The Author: Richard Arnold, an Associate Professor of English at The University of Lethbridge, Canada, received his Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, where he held the prestigious United Kingdom Commonwealth Scholarship. He has published numerous articles on eighteenth-century literature and editorial theory, and on medieval and Canadian literature. The recipient of distinguished fellowships and recognition for his study of English hymns and literature, Arnold has taught in Canada, Great Britain, and Southeast Asia.
