Author Information

Professor, Dr. Lucy Lunevich is a program director of the Master of Engineering Management program at School of Engineering, STEM College, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, where she has taught engineering management for over eight years. She has a PhD in engineering and a Master of Resource Planning and Environmental Law, Master and Bachelor in Sanitary Engineering and Public Health. Before entering academia, she was a principal consultant serving the global resource sector in Australia, US, Singapore and Europe. She had a successful engineering and engineering management career, delivering liquid natural gas complex projects in Australia, training, coaching and mentoring engineering managers. Professor Lunevich is an editor in chief of Water Environmental Federation (WEF), US and was an associate editor for International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management for several years. Professor Lunevich is the editor and coauthor of ""Handbook of Engineering Management: Digital Economy,"" 2023. She is the author of four books and more than 40 academic publications and numerous government reports. C.M. Chang, PhD, MBA, was an adjunct professor emeritus in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, State University of New York at Buffalo, NY. Dr. Chang taught engineering management for over 25 years and, for a brief period, served as the University’s director of service engineering master’s degree program, after having retired from Praxair, a Fortune 100 company after 25 years. He held five U.S. patents and published a large number of technical articles in journals, books, and conference proceedings. He was also a registered professional engineer.
