Reviews

The Engaged Empathy Leadership Model resonates deeply with me as an early career talent expert who has seen multiple generations navigate the workforce over the past couple of decades. It represents what's truly needed as workplaces evolve-giving voice and direction to the future of work. Gen Z is demanding the same fairness, collaboration, and balance that prior generations wanted but were perhaps hesitant to ask for. This model brings structure to that movement, making it an essential leadership framework for today's workforce. -Suzanne Rosenthal, HR Talent Executive and Former VP of Campus & Early Career Talent at Paramount
