Linda Russell is a co-founder and co-director of Russell Consulting, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. Linda has a bachelor of arts degree in social work and completed graduate work in rehabilitation counseling. Jeffrey Russell is a co-founder and co-director of Russell Consulting, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin.
