The book also addresses issues of inadequate gas infrastructure, the competitiveness or otherwise of domestic gas prices, political and international variables affecting gas production and utilization in Nigeria, the adequacy or otherwise of policies and laws to aid security in production and supply of gas in Nigeria and how Nigeria can achieve security of gas supply and demand.

Elo Adhekpukoli attended the University of Lagos, the Nigerian Law School and the Redeemers International Leadership Academy, where he obtained various academic degrees in law and leadership. Elo specializes in energy law, dispute resolution, corporate transactions and restructuring.
