Elo Adhekpukoli attended the University of Lagos, the Nigerian Law School and the Redeemers International Leadership Academy, where he obtained various academic degrees in law and leadership. Elo specializes in energy law, dispute resolution, corporate transactions and restructuring. Elo has worked at SimmonsCooper Partners for close to four years and has demonstrated ability to advise individuals, corporate organizations and governments negotiate complex transactions. Elo has also demonstrated ability to conduct due diligence and monitor compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
