Pablo Ferrara was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1979. He is Rajawali Fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation (Harvard Kennedy School of Government). He is an energy consultant at the Argentine Honourable Chamber of Deputies (HCDN). Also, he is Of Counsel at Estudio O'Farrell (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and at Wöss and Partners (Ciudad de México, México), Chair of the International Bar Association Public Law Committee, Co-Director at IDEAS para una Nueva Argentina, and member of the Political Commission at the Argentine Institute of Energy 'General Mosconi'.
