It is well known that energy is a fundamental concept in physics. Much less well known is that it is also a key concept in Eastern Christian or Orthodox theology. Stoyan Tanev is Associate Professor of Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, and Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Theology at Sofia University, Bulgaria. Dr. Tanev holds a PhD (Paris VI), in Physics from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie a PhD in Systematic Theology from Sofia University, Bulgaria, and a Technology Management degree from Carleton University.
