Overview

Energy Healing for Mental Health explores symptoms of dis-ease from a holistic perspective, working to identify the root cause of the energetic blocks that bring imbalance in the physical, mental/emotional, and energetic bodies. It is designed as a workbook to accompany Dr. Adrian Campbell's course, Energy Healing for Mental Health, and includes information on Reiki energy healing for self-care, the Reiki level 2 symbols, as well as information on using Reiki with crystals to support self-care practices. The book also includes an exploration of past and present contributions to the status of your energetic centers, known as the Chakra System. It includes reflective questions and activities to help you figure out how your past experiences, inter-generational trauma, current situations or environments, and your habits and beliefs are contributing to your present state of dis-ease and what you can do to change it.
