Very Rev. Dr. Zivojin Jakovljevic is the Dean of Saint Sava Cathedral in New York City. He completed his Seminary education in Belgrade and pursued theological graduate studies in Libertyville, IL. Zivojin holds Master's Degrees from the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago and the Ohio State University. He earned a PhD in Slavic linguistics from the Ohio State University. Zivojin is married to Georgia (née Jaksic), and they are the proud parents of two children, Marta and Marko. His book, Enduring Legacy of the Serbian People, reflects his deep commitment to his heritage and faith.
