A former NHS doctor, she bridges clinical expertise with lived experience to address the widespread normalisation of menstrual pain and delayed diagnosis in women's healthcare. Her work focuses on conditions including endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, premature ovarian insufficiency, and PMDD. After navigating her own health challenges including autoimmune disease, endometriosis, secondary infertility and a hysterectomy in her early 30's Liz began utilising her unique insight as both patient and doctor to strive for patient-centric care reforms.
