The purpose of this book is to provide a broad background of several aspects of basic sciences, clinical, therapeutic aspects, and management of endometrial cancer. It provides state-of-the-art information on the molecular genetics, biology, and clinical aspects of premalignant lesions of the endometrium and endometrial cancer. Also, the book chapters provide better understanding of the molecular and cellular events that underlie endometrial cancer.
