He is a licensed civil and structural engineer in California and has authored four other construction and engineering related books. J.P. ANDERSON has over 40 years experience in the building industry, including private practice as a consulting engineer and as a long-time associate in a large strauctral engineering firm. He is a licensed civil engineer in California, and is widely known in the Southern California construction industry.
