Reviews

'Encouraging Innovation is the first book to read if you are wondering how humans can adapt to disruptive changes in the 21st century. Significant innovation requires reasoning, problem solving, creativity, and collaborative teams. Steve Reed is among a handful of researchers who have studied these cognitive skills for decades.' Art Graesser, University of Memphis, USA 'This important volume will be a valuable resource in helping students and practitioners navigate the complex field of innovation, enabling them to understand and apply innovative thinking in their studies and workplaces. Stephen Reed brings multidisciplinary insights to the topic, and his narrative is well illustrated with practical case studies and explanations of good practice.' Peter Totterdill, Director of Workplace Innovation Europe CLG
