Quyen, Gwen for non-Vietnamese, owns and is the driving force behind the renowned restaurant Little Asia in Brussels. Born and raised in Vietnam, she came to Belgium at fourteen and is the best possible example of enthusiasm and passion for her homeland and her kitchen.
