Reviews

""Finally! A book that speaks to the real heart of project leadership. Not just schedules and deliverables, but the conversations that build trust, shift thinking, and move teams forward. The tools in this book are immediately usable, but what really stayed with me was how it helped me see my role differently. Can't wait until it's published."" -Senior Project Manager, Tech and Innovation Portfolio ""Empowering Strategic Change bridges the gap between theory and practice with elegance. As a change consultant, I've seen firsthand how reflective conversation reshapes organizational culture. This book gave me a framework to name what I knew intuitively, and apply it more effectively. Thank you for the opportunity to review this thoughtful and timely work."" -Organizational Change Advisor ""In a time when leadership can feel performative or reactive, this book reminds us of something deeper: that transformation begins in dialogue. The Dual-Lens Framework offers a language and discipline for the kind of leadership our teams are craving, empathetic, strategic, and grounded in meaning. I'm grateful to have had the chance to read this in draft form. The insights and practical tools will stay with me long after I turn the last page."" -Executive Vice President, Healthcare Systems Integration
