He has worked in the private sector in the United Kingdom and has been a government policy advisor in New Zealand and an academic researcher in several OECD countries. Felicity Lamm is an Associate Professor and the inaugural Co-Director of the Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Research at AUT. Dr Lamm has been appointed to numerous governmental inquiries and advisory committees in New Zealand and internationally. Julienne Molineaux is a political scientist in the School of Social Science and Public Policy at AUT, former Director of The Policy Observatory and is currently an Associate Editor of the New Zealand Journal of Employment Relations.
