She holds a PhD in management, an MSc in industrial psychology, and a PGDM in HR, with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, training, and consultancy. Her research examines people–strategy–organization linkages, with a focus on technology, policy, and geopolitical influences in emerging economies. She has published in leading journals including Journal of Business Research, Technovation, and Technology Forecasting and Social Change and is a recipient of the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card. Shivani Sharma is Assistant Professor of Communication at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. Holding a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, she brings extensive experience in both research and teaching.
