OverviewThis book investigates the influence of emotional intelligence on leadership performance among university administrators at Njala University, Sierra Leone. Focusing on key emotional intelligence dimensions-self-emotion appraisal, others' emotion appraisal, regulation of emotions, and use of emotions-the research examines their respective impacts on leadership effectiveness.
