Author Information

Sherianna Boyle is an international Emotional Detox Coach(R) and author of many books, including The Four Gifts of Anxiety, which was endorsed the National Association of Mental Health. She has been featured in over eighty-five articles and has been a featured presenter for renowned organizations such as PESI(R) Behavioral and Mental Health Education, the Kripalu Health and Yoga Center, the 1440 Multiversity University, and more. She is an adjunct psychology professor and founder of Emotional Detox Coaching(R), servicing clients of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities virtually world wide. She is the host of the Emotional Detox Radio Show, which is in the top three on Healthylife.net. Sarah Mollo-Christensen is a voice talent and an audiobook narrator. A stage and voice actor, she received her BA from Dartmouth College and graduated from the Atlantic Theater Company's Acting Conservatory in New York City. As an actress, she has appeared on prestigious regional stages, including the Folger Shakespeare Theatre in Washington, DC.
