Emma, Egor and their new friend Eli make learning to sign the alphabet simple, straightforward and fun for deaf/hard-of-hearing and hearing children. Each letter of the alphabet is clearly signed by Emma, Egor or Eli encouraging children to learn and sign their ABC's. Emma and Egor books were created for deaf/hard-of-hearing children and their families. Emma and Egor help teach the basics of Signing Exact English using simple stories and situations. Learn to sign numbers, the alphabet, colors, shapes and everyday activities like getting ready for school. Stacy Eldred searched for years to find good books and resources for her deaf/hard-of-hearing daughter Alex and her friends. After teaching sign language to toddlers and preschoolers for over 10 years, she decided it was time to create a fun, easy, instructive and interactive way for teachers and parents to teach SEE (Signing Exact English) to hearing and non-hearing children. Stacy Eldred searched for years to find good books and resources for her hearing-impaired daughter Alex and her friends. After teaching sign language to toddlers and preschoolers for over 10 years, she decided it was time to create a fun, easy, instructive and interactive way for teachers and parents to teach SEE (Sign Exact English) to hearing and non-hearing children. Thus Emma and Egor were born. Stacy resides in Northern Virginia and had been developing her sign language skills for 21 years. Her passion is educating and nurturing the minds of children all over the world. It is her goal to reach as many people as possible through Emma and Egor.
