This is the third volume of a series of proceedings including papers presented at the respective International Conferences entitled: ""Emerging Technologies in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)"" that have been held in Greece since 1995. This volume contains papers presented at the third Conference on Emerging Technologies in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Conference, convened at Thessaloniki, Greece in 2003.
