Her research interests include strategies of emerging market MNEs and psychological determinants of entrepreneurship (including international entrepreneurship). She was a visiting academic at the University of Oxford, conducting the project “The Communist Legacy and International Business”. She has authored and co-authored numerous journal articles published in Business History, Management International Review, Journal of Organizational Change Management, Baltic Journal of Management, European Journal of International Management, and Journal of East European Management Studies, as well as book chapters edited by Routledge, Palgrave, and Emerald.
