He is Editor-in-Chief of Gender Issues, Regional Editor of Journal of Organizational Change Management, and Associate Editor of Management Decision. Mushfiqur Rahman is a Lecturer in Leadership and Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), London Campus, UK. His research interests include electronic human resource management (E-HRM), industry 5.0, and organizational behavior. His work has been published in journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and the Journal of Business Ethics. Andrea Appolloni is Associate Professor and Post-Doc Fellow of the Faculty of Management at Tor Vergata University of Rome (Italy). He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Centre, Cranfield School of Management (UK). His research focus is on operations, supply chain, and procurement management, intersecting with sustainability, innovation, and international management. Betül Hayrullahoğlu is Associate Professor in Public Finance in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Uşak University (Turkey).
