Author Information

Robert S. Fleming, Ed.D., is a professor of management at Rowan University.  He is a highly respected author, instructor, conference speaker, researcher, and consultant within the fire and emergency services.  He has more than 40 years' experience and has served in numerous operational and administrative positions, including that of fire chief and as a chief officer in three fire departments.  His experience includes working with print, radio, and television media.  He currently serves as deputy chief, administration, and as public information officer in the Goshen Fire Company of West Chester, Pennsylvania.
