Reviews

The goal is to `provide an evidence-based, practical approach to the wide spectrum of obstetric complications an emergency physician' will manage in the emergency department. ... The book meets the authors' goals. The audience is emergency clinicians in all practice settings. It is written at a level that would certainly be appropriate for attending physicians, midlevel providers, and medical students. The group of more than 20 authors comes primarily from emergency departments at two large hospitals. (Michael D. Zwank, Doody's Book Reviews, September, 2017)
