Author Information

Robin Derricourt is a writer, publishing consultant and occasional lecturer, based in Sydney, with over 35 years of experience in management positions in Australia, the UK and Southern Africa. He has worked for public and private companies, not-for-profit and government organisations. This book was inspired by his role as the chief executive of a diverse business engaged in book publishing, marketing, distribution and retail, through their transition from email innovation through email dependence to email overload. As a business consultant and trainer, co-author Veechi Curtis also appreciates the demands of email and importance of time management. Veechi is the author of many bestselling business titles, including Making the Most of MYOB Software, Small Business for Dummies and Bookkeeping For Dummies. She has worked as journalist for many publications and has also been a columnist for The Sydney Morning Herald.
