OverviewKatie has become a problem. Armed with a talent for being exactly where she shouldn't be, she's crawling through vents, lurking in shadows, and eavesdropping on conversations that could get her sent back to the Machine if anyone noticed. She's also acquired a case of deeply suspicious mystery glitter that may be magic, drugs, or a mixture of both. Fox is thriving, which is to say, lying constantly, manipulating outcomes just enough to stay alive, and pretending this is all part of his clever plan. As old debts come due and new schemes pile up, Fox must decide how much of himself he's actually willing to sacrifice to stay one step ahead of the Matil. Eagle is doing what he does best: taking dangerous jobs for questionable employers, getting paid to steal cursed objects, and insisting he has everything under control. Unfortunately, the past has opinions about that, and it keeps showing up in inconvenient, haunted, and occasionally undead forms. Beri is having a terrifying time. Stranded far from home, glowing inconveniently, and deeply unimpressed with the local moral standards, he is trying to help Eagle without losing his temper, his dignity, or his heart - not necessarily in that order. Featuring haunted houses, bad decisions, fairy cults, and interpersonal disasters of the highest caliber, Omnibus Three raises the stakes, sharpens the knives, and proves once again that saving the world is much easier than talking about your feelings. Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationThe first novel Michelle John ever read was 'The Wizard of Oz' when she was six years old, and she has been fascinated by the intersection of fantasy and girl power ever since. As soon as she figured out the proper way to hold a pen she started writing stories about princesses who rescue dragons from evil princes. She hasn't yet found a reason to stop. Her style may have changed a bit since kindergarten, but in the twenty-five years of her career, she has never found a more interesting story to tell than that of a heroic young woman who saves the day.
