Lauren Gilbert currently leads operations at a medical company, but her career began in education, where she spent years teaching children and mentoring fellow educators. Despite her experience, nothing could have fully prepared her for the journey of raising a neurodivergent child. When she saw the social, emotional, and academic challenges her daughter faced, Lauren dedicated herself to supporting her growth and development. Ella and Her Neurosparkly Brain became her creative outlet to process the emotions of this journey and find healing. She hopes this story brings comfort and encouragement to children and adults of all abilities, reminding them that they are not alone.
