Jo is a self taught artist and started her creative hobby during the writers strike, when her job in the film industry came to a halt.  She mainly paints wildlife and has recently moved to Scotland to become inspired with the simplicity and beauty of nature around her.  After working as a seasonal Elf at the Safari Park, Jo wanted to create a story that would bond families together through traditional story time and also help to keep the christmas spirit alive for that little bit longer.  She learned to become an illustrator so that she could capture the story through colourful pictures as well as the story itself. This is the first of many books from Jo as she creates more magical adventures with Elf Twisty.
