The stories are also perfect to be read to children around 3 to 4 years old, but older children and even adults will also appreciate these stories. Thea was born in The Hague in 1941. She immediately left the city after her marriage and decided to live in rural areas. She spent many years of her life communing with animals and nature together with her husband and children, both at home and during the many trips they made. She became a grandmother in 2001, and since then, she got the urge to write and read stories about animals and nature for her grandchildren.
