"This book will discuss a wide range of beneficial uses of electromagnetism (medical procedures, diathermy, supply of relatively inexpensive and ""free"" energy) as well as some of the dangerous and destructive technologies which threaten human existence on this planet, such as scalar weapons, electromagnetic warfare, and electromagnetic biological (EM BM) warfare. Robert Oppenheimer once warned us about the ""sin against humanity"" of physicists in employing weapons of mass destruction against God's creation. In some sort of crude sense which no vulgarity, no humor, no overstatement can quite extinguish, the physicists have known sin; and this is a knowledge which they cannot lose.
