Dr J. Riskin during 15 years was a head of laboratory “Protection of metals against electrocorrosion in Moscow Corrosion Institute, Russia. In Israel (Haifa) his activity also included this field. Dr Alexander Khentov had 20 years experience as corrosion specialist in chemical industry in Russia, working since 1972 in State Institute of Applied Chemistry (St Petersburg). After immigration to Israel he continued his activity dealing with various aspects of corrosion in utilities, working since 1992 to 2016 at Israel Electric Corporation.
