Susanne Chapman was born in Barcelona, where she grew up. She spent her final school year at a high school in Iowa, U.S. She went on to study BSc Genetics and Microbiology at the University of Leeds in England. Over the past ten years, she has been working as a Microbiologist and the Quality Control Manager in the In vitro diagnostic Industry. Susanne enjoys outdoor life, walking, cycling and mountaineering.
